Michael Donohue
Designer, LEED AP

Michael received his Masters of Architecture from the University of Michigan’s Taubman School of Architecture and Urban Planning in 2008. Prior to formalizing his architectural education, Michael spent two years supervising Habitat for Humanity volunteers in the construction of small homes and apartments in New York City and Seattle. Currently living in West Berkeley, Michael is excited by the local culture, his short bike ride to work, and the local interest in permaculture, green building and alternative energy. An avid builder and craftsman, Michael is always looking for opportunities to ply his craft, using his tools and designing through the night.

Trey Farmer
Director of Living Labs Project, LEED AP

Trey is LEED AP and an aspiring architect, moved by the traditional ideals of simplicity and self-sufficiency. Originally from New Hampshire, Trey received an English degree in 2007 from Otago University in New Zealand, before relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area. As Director of Todd Jersey Architecture’s non-profit Living Labs project, Trey practices the principles of sustainable design at work and at home, where he tends an organic vegetable garden, raises three laying hens and is putting in place a simple grey water system to keep his yard and garden happy during the dry California summers.
